How Our Things Work at Ave 24 Apartments
We believe in keeping things simple which is why we have a 3 Step process for renting our apartments.
Step #1-Interested In Renting
Kick off your apartment search by visiting Ave 24 Apartments. Begin your journey at Ave 24 Apartments with an in-person viewing of our available units. Visit us Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 12 PM, to tour our available units. Book your onsite tour today.
Step #2-Qualify & Apply
Our application process is quick and painless, just how it should be. Here’s the deal: #1. make sure you’ve got no evictions hanging over you, #2. We need to keep things safe around here, so no drug or sex-related felonies on your criminal record. #3. Your credit doesn't matter BUT no debts with old landlords or utility companies in collections. #4. Show us you’re pulling in at least double the rent in income, just so we know you’re good for it. We keep things simple so you can move in and start living without all the fuss. Apply online or in person.
Step #3-Pay Fees & Sign Lease
Almost don! If you’re itching to move in mid-month, we’ve got your back—just pay for the days you need. Wanna lock in your spot? We can hold a unit for you with a non-refundable fee, but it’s a case-by-case deal. Remember, we need all fees sorted out when you sign your lease, no last-minute surprises.
Step #4-Get Keys & Move In
You’ve seen the place, got approved, and all your fees are paid up—it’s time to get moving! Before you grab your keys, make sure to set up your utilities in your name to keep everything running smoothly from day one. Then, swing by, pick up your keys, and start making Ave 24 Apartments your new home.

What is the process for applying for an apartment?
Our application process is simple. #1. Visit the property and view the available units. #2 fill out a rental application. #3 undergoing qualifying requirements. Once the application has been processed and qualifying requirements meet you can move forward with scheduling a move in day, signing the lease and paying all outstanding fees.
How much is the security deposit, and is it refundable?
Answer: The security deposit is $500 and is fully refundable at the end of your tenancy, provided there is no damage to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Are utilities included in the rent?
Utilities such as water, trash, and sewer are included in the rent. You will be responsible for setting up accounts for power, cable, phone, wifi.
What is the policy on pets?
Our pet policy varies depending on the apartment. Some of our properties are pet-friendly with certain restrictions on the size and type of pet, while others might not allow pets at all. Additional deposits and monthly fees may also apply.
Can I sublet the apartment or have roommates?
Subletting is not allowed. This includes vacation rentals. Roommates must be included on the lease and meet the rental requirements and go through the qualifying process.
