Our application process is simple. #1. Visit the property and view the available units. #2 fill out a rental application. #3 undergoing qualifying requirements. Once the application has been processed and qualifying requirements meet you can move forward with scheduling a move in day, signing the lease and paying all outstanding fees.

Answer: The security deposit is $500 and is fully refundable at the end of your tenancy, provided there is no damage to the property beyond normal wear and tear.

Utilities such as water, trash, and sewer are included in the rent. You will be responsible for setting up accounts for power, cable, phone, wifi.

Our pet policy varies depending on the apartment. Some of our properties are pet-friendly with certain restrictions on the size and type of pet, while others might not allow pets at all. Additional deposits and monthly fees may also apply.

Subletting is not allowed. This includes vacation rentals. Roommates must be included on the lease and meet the rental requirements and go through the qualifying process.
